Our Trading Terms

Payment Terms:  Charges are due in accordance with agreed payment terms. Duty/VAT/Taxes are payable immediately. The Company reserves the right to withhold bills of lading or transit documentation if payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms. Account Holders - payment within 14 days; Non-Account Holders - strictly cash/ bank draft/ direct transfer basis only; Payment by cheque - Goods would not be sent until cheque clearance is confirmed.

Liability:  All transactions are handled subject to the terms of the British International Freight Association (Latest Edition), copies of which can be supplied upon request. Goods stored at our nominated warehouse are at owners risk and stored in accordance with the National Association of Warehousekeepers (NAWK) terms and conditions.

Insurance:  Unless otherwise stated, quotation does not include cargo insurance. Insurance will only be effected upon receipt of written instructions.

Exclusion:  Unless otherwise stated, quotation excludes Duties, taxes and any rental or storage charges incurred as a result of delayed documentation.

Collection & Delivery Notes: will be made available; we require signatures as proof of delivery (POD) or proof of collection (POC). All quotations given are subject to the Line's acceptance and our trading conditions. E & OE. Our rates are subject to change without notice.

Sending Goods to Nigeria: Sadicom Express Ltd is not responsible for local Nigerian taxes and/or Customs Duties. Such charges are usually advised by the courier Company or their agents in Nigeria. As a matter of policy, Sadicom Express does not advice on local Taxes and duties in Nigeria. Please note that all non-personal effect shipments to Nigeria are subject to CRI (Clean Report of Inspection), which is raised or obtained in Nigeria at the port of discharge.
